GOP Starts The Campaigning Early.....
Well it's never too early to take advantage of an international tragedy! George Bush will be sending what he calls a delegation to the areas affected by the tsunami. I like to call it the Republicans wet dream for the 2008 GOP presidential ticket. I shit you not, they have decided to send Jeb "Jebediah" Bush and Colin Powell to be our emissaries of good will. You say it's beneath them, but mark my words, these slimy parasites in the white house (Karl Rove) are not above leaching onto this horrific event to start some early campaigning for the next election. What a special kind of scum : )

It saddens me that George Bush had to be shamed by United Nations' emergency relief coordinator, Jan Egeland, to loosen his purse strings to give additional monetary aid to the parts of the world victimized by the recent Tsunami. It is also very telling. To put it into perspective, the budget for Bush's inaugural party has swelled by taking in over 40 million dollars from private investors, but for the victims of this mind blowing tragedy he initially only pledged 15 million dollars in aid.... Kind of gives you some insight into how self important and self centered Bush is. Did he say to himself "My inauguration will cost 40 Million..... Um, let's see...... there are 80,000 dead (so far) from the Tsunami.... Umm.... That's worth about a third of the budget my celebration. Seriously, how the fuck did he come up with his first figure?..... Must've been some "fuzzy math". Not very Christian of him, is it? To crystalize just how screwed up this aid package all we have to do is remember back to Florida's hurricanes earlier this year. In these horrible events 174 people died.... Now concider that in this tsunami over 115,000 are dead as of today...... So what did Bush do. He sent his brother Jebediah and the state of Florida.... Yes.... No exaggeration.... 13 BILLION DOLLARS!!!! Can you figure that math out?
So, after the UN official called Bush's first offer "Stingy" old George became outraged by the accusation and went on the T.V. and commented on the tsunami for the first time this Wednesday..... Yes, it was the first time he even mentioned it since it occurred .... Must be very busy at the ranch in Crawford. Anyway, as I said, he was furious at the officials comments that the 15 million was a paltry sum put forth from the richest country in the world.... Bush then put on his best look of distain and claimed on top of the initial 15 mill. he would "Open a line of credit for an additional 20 million"! Line of credit... I guess he expects it back... I mean he's got a war to fight. Wars aren't cheap even when you aren't giving your soldiers the proper equipment and supplies!!!!!
In conclusion all I can say is, no wonder we are despised around the world. I saw an AOL poll of over 110,000 Americans who were asked : Do you think the U.S. is providing enough aid to the tsunami victims? Yes: 74% .... No: 26%. We truly are a country to be despised inhabited by self absorbed and thoughtless people. By the way the majority of the people affected by the Tsunami disaster are Muslim.... I guess winning their hearts and minds didn't figure into it. Maybe it's just that there is no oil there.... Just a thought. Nah, it's probably that they allow gay marriage.
...... Personally I would like to convey that my heart is broken for the people who have died or lost loved ones to this unfathomable tragedy. I cannot begin to grasp your sorrow. I only hope the tax cuts we received here in america as well as the cost of the pointless war in Iraq doesn't cost you the aid you need.... Forgive us.

God the Bush administration, Rumsfeld in particular, are transparent scum.... At 7:00 this morning in a "surprise" visit, supposedly scheduled way before his troubles began, Rummy set sail on his campaign of smarminess. As CNN broadcast a live unedited feed, I watched Rumsfeld first in a sickeningly blatant photo op hand out purple hearts to bed ridden soldiers at Camp Marez. He then proceeded to deliver an "impromptu" speech to his troops. He first delivered this heartfelt "impromptu" speech in Falluja and then not 10 minutes later give the same rousing "unrehearsed" speech to soldiers in Tikrit . It was a speech adeptly spun from from the yarn of pure bull's shit. I cannot confirm or deny this but i will bet you dollars to donuts...... there were plants in the audience put there to ask favorable questions of Mr. Rumsfeld. Check it out..... In the Falluja stop there were two soldiers who asked Rumsfeld questions. The first one asked " How can we win the war against the anti military propaganda and misinformation in the media"..... Aaargh! So... transparent .... can't .... breathe .....! The other soldier had no question, he just wanted, I swear, .....To thank Rumsfeld and the Bush administration for giving him another (his 3rd he said) tour of duty through the stop loss clause...... I shit you not!!!! The soldier claimed it was a good thing because it strengthened the bonds of the soldiers in their platoons.... you know...... by serving together for a long long long time! Woooooooo Boy! Immediately following that soldiers early Christmas gift, Rumsfeld then said spontaneously.... "That's clearly a question that wasn't planted by the media". Oh, The hilarity...... He then posed for pictures.
At Rumsfeld's second stop a grunt asked expectantly... nay, hopefully.... "will you expand the forces here on the ground... Rummy replied "Of course" DUH! The second shill... I mean... Soldier asked.... "Democracy takes a long time to build..... do you think the american public have the patience to stand with us while we fight for it?..... WHAaaaa.... Awwwww.... Come on.... Stop it! Rumsfeld then proceeded to expounded on this stocking stuffer.... he went on and on and on and on on and on and on and on.... All impromptu of course! A third soldier, a very pretty african american female, asked shyly "Do you think the people back in america know we are doing something important here".... She then added.... "They must.... since they re-elected George W. Bush"!!!!!! I swear she said it!!!!!!!!! Then to top it off Rumsfeld for the second time, in what has now only been fifteen minutes, cleverly ad libbed..... again..... "That's clearly a question that wasn't planted by the media"
What garbage... What outrageous bullshit... What pure spoon-fed right wing propaganda theater! I am sickened not only by Rumsfeld's pathetic bid to keep his job.... Not only by the obviously planted shills.... but mostly the fact that some good and honest soldier might hear this garbage and actually believe it. That some patriotic sap might latch onto these lies and enlist and die needlessly in a war that never needed to be waged. Rumsfeld's stroking preening lies were so nauseating I cant believe he had the balls to utter them. Killing them here instead of at home.... It's all different since 9-11.... you will tell your children you have been a part of something wonderful..... we have to take out the people who brought down the towers!!!!!!!!! Later, when I can get it, I will post the exact transcript of Rumsfeld's spur of the moment speech. Should be easy... the press corps got two chances to write it down!

Similar Places, Alternate Realities
I would like to draw a parallel between two countries in completely different situations both literally and figuratively. These are the countries of Iraq and North Korea. Two years ago both Iraq and North Korea were in many ways fun-house mirror images of each other. Yet each one had markedly different outcomes ahead of them.
Let's start with North Korea. They are a country whose resources have been raped by their egomaniacal leader who spared himself no luxury while offering his citizens little but poverty and cruelty. He claimed to have an unstoppable military and a great arsenal of destructive weapons. His jingoistic tones and hawkish threats lead other nations and countries of the world to impose sanctions on him. This kept Kim Jong-il in check even though he continued to prattle on about his military might and the fact that he could use it at any time. Well, he grew more and more out of touch with not only his fellow countrymen but the world that surrounded him. In turn His fellow countrymen and the world that surrounded him grew more and more irate at his behavior. Now it seems he has been either killed or overthrown. Kim Jong-Il has not been seen in public in 4 months and many of the prominent portraits of him have been removed from public areas. Last weekend South Korean news agencies reported an assassination attempt on Kim Jong-nam, the son of Kim Jong-il, while he was on a trip to Europe. The plan, which was foiled by Austrian police, is believed to have been hatched by supporters of a rival son. Also, according to a South Korean intelligence official Kim Jong-il's brother-in-law, Chang Sung-taek, another possible successor, has been purged from government and possibly placed under house arrest. Due to these events it is being speculated that many in Kim Jong-il's own government along with the people of North Korea were fed up with the status of their country that was due in no small part to the outlandish behavior of their leader. It is believed that they have removed him so that a more reasonable representative of North Korea may be appointed.
Why have we heard little or nothing about this. What an amazing turn of events for the stability of this region as well as the rest of the world! I asked myself why would such an important issue be back-burnered? The only conclusion I can come to is this..... How many similarities could you have drawn between North Korea and Iraq two years ago? I remember when Bush was giving his reasons to go to war against iraq .... Weapons of mass destruction and the threat of using them, run by a crazed power-hungry dictator, and a population whose human rights were being crushed under his tyrannical heel ..... I remember saying "Is he talking about Iraq or North Korea?". I would go as far as to say the two countries walked almost parallel lines until George Bush and his cabinet of chicken-hawk lackeys invaded Iraq. Now how does it look with the news that North Korea, who posed the same, if not greater, danger to America than Iraq did, may have been liberated without anyone lifting a finger? Wouldn't this make our invasion of Iraq look like a really really stupid mistake? Yes it would! So It is my belief that it is being hushed up as much as possible so no one will say "hey, George...... Did ya' notice how that whole North Korea thing worked itself out with only UN sanctions? Not even one single U.S. soldier had to die.......Whassup with that Dubya? To which George W. Bush would have absolutely no answer at All. Now we can't have Georgie boy admitting he made a mistake now can we.

The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year!
I love this time of year. What gives me so much joy.... Is it the spirit of giving....NO. Is it the feeling of peace on earth....NO!!!! Is it the good will toward all men (people... persons?).... DEFINITLY NOT!!!!!! Alright i'll tell you. It's watching you christians and catholics going evangelically ape-shit over the perceived christ bashing perpetrated on them every time anyone says happy holidays or seasons greetings! ..... Even your poster boy George Bush said "Good morning and happy holidays to you all." when he acknowledged the press corps on Monday.... WHAT!!!!!..... No merry christmas!!!!!..... HEAVENS!!!!!! ..... Are you going to accuse him of being a christ basher after he tea bagged you wackos for over a year to get your vote last November!?
Something I need to get off my chest is how you Christian/Catholics disguise your anti semitism in the claim that your fighting "Christmas bashing". On his radio program famed right wing Fox TV host and notable heavy breather Bill O'reilly slobbered and moaned about “the anti-Christmas jihad” that’s gripping the nation. “If they could, secularists would cancel Christmas as a holiday. That’s how much they fear the exposition of the philosophy of Jesus — and has to be dealt with.” Ooooh..... what are you gonna do Billy..... beat me with a Loofah? Then over the weekend I saw Bill Donahue, president of the Catholic League for Civil Rights and huge anti-semite, screaming in tongues about how "Hollywood is controlled by secular Jews who hate Christianity in general and Catholicism in particular.… Hollywood likes anal sex. They like to see the public square without Nativity scenes." It always makes me laugh when a Catholic yells at someone for liking the "butt" sex. Check out your own house (and or church) before you cast the first stone Billy!
I would also like to address your kink for "Christmas" trees. On CNN, Crossfire host from the right and resident "Dick" (thank you Jon Stewart!) Tucker Carlson complained about how the White House put up a huge Menorah but lit what they called a "National Holiday Tree" instead of a "Christmas Tree".....Awwwww fuckin' come on! In what part of the christian religion does the Norway spruce play a roll? Was the wood they constructed the cross Jesus was crucified on made out of pine? Oh...what sweet sweet idiocy!
One other topic of interest to me is how you decry that we non Christian/Catholics want to strip Christmas of it's spirituality. Why yesterday I even saw the pope on CNN mumbling incoherently about how the holiday season should be more spiritual. Who ever said it couldn't be!? In your churches, in your homes, at your klan meetings is where you good people can be as spiritual, holy and holier than thou as you want to be. Just because you jesus crispies can't put up your nativity scenes in the public square doesn't make it any less of a holy day for you. Just because you can't make every kid in public school sing "Joy to the world... THE LORD HAS COME" doesn't make this time of year any less spiritual for you! For fuck's sake 'CHRIST-mas" is the only federally recognized holiday that has to do with religion. You sure don't see banks closing for Chanukah!!!! You don't see the stock market shutting down for Ramadan!!!! No Christmas is the only one!
So in conclusion may I please ask you not to run around like a crucified chicken with it's head cut off screaming about " The bashing of the Christ" (hee hee... Get it?). Really.... Norman Schwarzkopf are too! How could all this happen now? Let's see.... After the lies he spewed about supposed long standing ties between Al Q'aeda and Saddam Hussain, to the bald faced lies about Iraq either having or trying to obtain weapons of mass destruction (make up your mind), leading to the the unbridled debacle of how the war was run, or saying we would be welcomed as heroes and liberators, don't forget the Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib prison abuse scandals, and of course the armored humvee fiasco and Rummy's flippant (as well as untruthful) retort to the soldier who asked him about the Humvee fiasco, and let me get this straight...... only now are we asking for scummy.... ah ..er dummy... um.... ah... Kerik's Withdrawal Is Hinky!
......Sorry, it just doesn't add up. What I'm taking about is the reason Bernard Kerik gave for excusing himself from the secretary of homeland security position. Kerik says that unbeknownst to him at the time, a nanny he had hired was an illegal immigrant......? Um, ok...... Um.... That's bullshit... I promise you that it is something way larger that made Bernie abandon ship! Something so nasty and stinky that even Karl Rove couldn't sweep it under the rug. I mean this guy was made for The bush cabinet. Bill Perkins of NYC City Council says Kerik's "most consistent trait is blind loyalty to his boss." That's the kind of thing that gets and keeps you hired in Dubya's administration! So why did Kerik kiss off a job he had in the bag? Well....... Let's have a countdown shall we!
......• Perhaps character is an issue since he fathered a baby out of wedlock while serving in Korea and then abandoned his girlfriend and their love-child! What a swell guy!
......• Maybe it had to do with the fact that he was an errand boy for the Saudi royal family.
......• Maybe because back in the 1980s when Kerik was working as chief of investigations for a Saudi Arabian hospital complex he allegedly abused his authority to delve into the private lives of women with whom his boss was romantically involved. Nice!
......• Perhaps it had something to do with when he ran the Rikers correctional facility. During that time period nearly $1 million of tobacco-company rebates were diverted into a foundation Kerik was president of. This was for cigarettes bought with taxpayer money and then sold at jacked up prices to inmates. No one has ever explained where all the money went. Nah, couldn't be that!
......• Try this one on for size. On November 28th of 2001, when Kerrik was the NYC police commissioner, homicide detectives from the Manhattan South Homicide Task Force were sent to the homes of various suspects who were fingerprinted, interrogated and some were even told they would have to take lie detector tests all because Kerik's book publisher and "work-out" buddy, Judith Regan lost her........... cell phone!!!!! I'm serious. While in a studio at her show at the Fox News Channel her cell phone fell into a trash can! Well, you never know what numbers might turn up in a cell phone. Can you say abuse of power?
......• Did it have something to do with the fact that Sept. 11th Commission member John Lehman called Kerik's leadership after the terror attack "scandalous" and "not worthy of the Boy Scouts." Ouch!
......• Maybe it was something he did when he was training police officers (who had the unfortunate habit of getting themselves blown up) in Iraq. He was supposed to be in Iraq for a six-month tour of duty but left ignominiously after just three months with his tail between his legs!
......• What about the his $6.2 million windfall he made doing an insider trade in stock from Taser International, which did huge business with the Dept. of Homeland Security Bernie was supposed to head.....Oops, that's not good.
......• Perhaps the discovery by newsweeks Mark Hosenball that a New Jersey judge in 1998 had issued an arrest warrant for Kerik as part of a convoluted series of lawsuits relating to unpaid bills on his condo. The magazine faxed documents, including the arrest warrant, over to the White House around 6:00 p.m. Friday, asking for comment.... By 8:30 p.m., Kerik had submitted his letter of resignation to the president."

......Bush got his 87 million dollars. Remember the one that Kerry voted for and then against. Still the American troops have to jerry-rig their vehicles with scrap metal from landfills. Soldiers must scrounge for compromised ballistic glass to up-armor their vehicles. Our Armed forces who are un-armored still have to have their parents buy kevlar vests off the internet(s) and mail it to them in Iraq. Troops are disobeying direct orders to drive supply roots because they know it's tantamount to a suicide mission. The estimate is that 20% of the deaths/injures could have been avoided if the troops had proper equipment. All of those killed and maimed due to sub par supplies are on the heads of the Bush administration and those who voted for him. There are people who will say ".... But Kerry voted against the $87 million, and the troops would have been stiffed anyway." Bullshit! He voted against the bill because it would have made us "the taxpayers" cough up the dough. Kerry wanted the money to come from other nations and the repealing of the tax cuts for the richest 1% ...... not out of our pockets.... That is the only problem he had with the bill. The troops would have gotten their money! Unfortunately Bush looped the clip of kerry saying the "voted for before against" quote and the "red" staters were mesmerized and duped once again... quite easily I might add!
......Well you reap what you sow and now the troops are hitting back. Maybe you saw the soldiers dressing down old Donny Rumsfeld during his little Q & A session in Kuwait. Mmmmmm.... Just a little uncomfortable, yes? Well it usually is when you're called out on your boss' lies. Rumsfeld then actually had the audacity to say "You go to war with the Army you have, not the Army you might want or wish to have at a later time."!!!!!! WHAT!?!?!?! Yes you do, you dumb motherfucker, when your the one deciding when and where you're going to go to war!!! Bush then insipidly weighed in on the subject by saying "If I were a soldier overseas (Yeah, like that would have ever happened) wanting to defend my country, I'd want to ask the secretary of defense the same question. DUH!?!?!? That's your input? How about saying you'll get the problem fixed? Armor Holdings Inc., the sole supplier of protective plates for Humvee military vehicles used in Iraq, said yesterday that it could increase output by as much as 22 percent per month with no investment and is awaiting an order from the Army ....But the Army wont ask. Why you say? It turns out The Army, is still developing its own add-on armor kits for the vehicles (I guess that's the one job they don't want to outsource)! This is insane! What is wrong with this administration? As usual I can only recline deeper into my disbelief and remind myself that you wanted Bush and you got him..... Enjoy your quality pick you clueless assholes!

Sex Lies And Your Tax Dollars
......131 million in our tax dollars (only about half of what Bush requested) is going towards federally funded abstinence-only education programs! Programs that use distorted information about the effectiveness of contraceptives, misrepresent the risks of abortion, blur religion and science, treat stereotypes about girls and boys as scientific fact, and contain basic scientific errors. says a report by Rep. Waxman. The report finds that over two thirds of the abstinence programs rely on misleading information.
......Here are some of the outright lies perpetrated by the programs that our tax dollars fund:
• One curriculum incorrectly lists exposure to sweat and tears as risk factors for HIV transmission.
• One curriculum says that “the popular claim that ‘condoms help prevent the spread of STDs,’ is not supported by the data”. A out and out Lie.
• One another states that “in heterosexual sex, condoms fail to prevent HIV approximately 31% of the time”. The real number is 3%!
• One teaches that a pregnancy occurs one out of every seven times that couples use condoms. (What, if you wear it on your thumb?)
• One states “Sterility studies show that 10% of women will never again be pregnant after having a legal abortion.” The fact is, obstetrics textbooks state that “fertility is not altered by an elective abortion.”
• that women who undergo abortion are "more prone to suicide,"
• One states that 50% of gay make tens are HIV positive.
• That a fetus is a thinking person by the time it is 43 days old.
• you can get pregnant by touching someone's genitals!!!!! What, are we living in the middle ages?
......Waxman concludes that "Under the Bush Administration, federal support for abstinence-only education has risen dramatically" and that "These curricula contain misinformation about condoms, abortion, and basic scientific facts. They also blur religion and science and present gender stereotypes as fact,". Yeah that's what we're sending in our hard earned dough for, scare tactics, religious indoctrination and misinformation. I guess that's what the Bush administration calls trickle down misinformation. Boy, that Christian right Is special!

A Correction.....
......On Friday the 26th of November I posted that 109 American soldiers were killed in Iraq making November the second deadliest month there since the Iraq war/occupation started. I must apologize. It seems that at November end 135 American soldiers were killed in Iraq, making this month the deadliest for US forces fighting in Iraq. Send your congratulations to George W. Bush!
