......Theories . I have many theories. Theories on why the republicans won the election this year. One of them stands out a an especially frightening one to me. Quite simply put I believe It is that the population boom our country in the last 20 years experienced has depleted our gene pool. In 1984 there were 235,824,902 people in the US while in 2004 there will be over 294,865,659. That is a gain of just under 60 million people! Now hear me out. I liken it to the state of pitching in major league baseball. In the 60's there were only 16 teams and therefore only the cream of the crop made the major leagues. Now in 2005, there will be 30 teams, all with 5 man pitching rotations as opposed to 4 in the 60's. This in effect means there will be a plethora of mediocre pictures in the majors who don's deserve to be there. We see the proof of this because of the glut of 60 and 70 home run hitters. That doesn't just happen again and again by chance!
......This is exactly how I view the predicament United States is in. The so called "heartland" has always been stocked-piled full of mouth breathing, knuckle dragging, livestock fondlers who have only been to happy to spawn and multiply, even with relatives if need be, because the Bible says it a good thing. I also happen to believe that they know it is the only way they can leave they"Mark" (stain) on society. It's not like they are going to cure cancer. So they shit out a 80 point IQ, NASCAR lovin', Toby Keith wannabe Goober and say "Lookit wut ah dun did!" "Ah was fruitful and ah multiplied!" This, in turn, has left them with a plethora of mediocre, bottom shelf, bargain basement, somewhat inbred, human beings. They then invoke there right to vote, when due to there inability to comprehend the simplest of issues, they should be disqualified from doing so.
......Now understand that while all of this is going on the freethinking, exceptional people who were unfortunately born in these low-rent, deliverance, "squeal for me," banjo playing, "red" states are getting the hell out of dodge! Where are they going you ask. Why they are all making the exodus to the open thinking like minded "Blue" states with their sage learning institutions and fine colleges. Here is the big problem. There are way fewer of them than there are of the Bible thumping redneck idgits! This results in more of them and less of us. A kind of reverse Darwinism.... But I forgot ... they don't believe that sort of trash (like evolution) taught in those high falutin' college learnin' books!
......That, my dear, gun toting, bottom feeding, psalm spewing, sheeple, is what Karl Rove and the rest of the Bush administration was counting on. More easily frightened, "good book" clutching, homophobes than open-minded free thinking liberals. People with lower IQ and hence lower intelligence are more easily frightened you see. For example : A monkey would become very startled and scared by a clap of thunder. He may reason that a giant monkey in the sky was making big loud noises because he was angry. The little monkey then in return might run, hide and do certain meaningless rituals to ease his fear and hopefully appease the big scary monkey in the sky. See how similar it is to you "folks" in the "red" states. If I liken the terrorism that frightens you to the thunder that frighten the monkeys, and the insane monkey rituals to your inane worthless praying.....See! Draw a parallel .....I know you can do it if you just try. Go on, use that little monkey brain of yours. But I digress.
......Back to how this applied to the elections. The Bush Klan... ah ... er .... Clan was counting on their unreasonable fear of terrorism, and lets not forget, the really really scary homosexuals. This, even though, the only terrorist attacks that happened occurred in "blue" states and the majority of gay people live in, once again, the "Blue" states (per capita). That's how they got them to run to the polls like brainwashed rats in a maze looking for the Bush box to check as though it were a piece of cheese. They knew they were dumb enough to believe that the Taliban or al Q'aidah actually thought they were worth the time to blow up. They knew they were homophobic enough to believe that if gay marriages were allowed it would rip apart the moral fabric of their shit stain of a town. Now, can I ask you "red staters what you thought you had that was worth blowing up? A corn field and a wheat silo? Did you really think that millions of homosexuals are rushing to the south to get married. What part of your backward culture did you think they were attracted to.....You!?!?!?!?!.....Not likely Goober! How fucking dumb are you! Well I guess you answered that for us on November 2nd didn't you! Maybe you just thought how you voted in the elections was going to be the test you would get when the "end of days" came! Did you think God would ask "DID YOU VOTE FOR OR AGAINST THE HOMOS?" "AHHH, FOR THE AMENDMENT, ....... YOU ARE NOW WELCOME INTO MY KINGDOM!" You are such rubes! If you weren't so dangerous you would be adorable. Morons! It's true, "A little learning is a dangerous thing", the problem is you haven't learned anything!
......In conclusion I have one last sad observation. It's not going to change. They are like mold, a fungus if you will. They will continue to spread like a bad STD infecting more and more states. The more plentiful they get, the more they will screw up the gene pool, the more and more people with higher intelligence will leave the country, the more they will become entrenched like a diseased tick in the flesh of America. Perhaps one day Bushie and his ilk will fail them and the terrorists will lance them like the pus filled boils they are. Only then will they realize that not even Bush, not the Republicans, and especially not their hate-filled god can or will protect them. Hopefully their eyes and minds will open and they will understand why the majority of the free world hates them! I desperately hope for all of our sakes it doesn't take something as radical as a terrorist hit to wake them from their rapture filled slumber of ignorance......... but until they do I want to leave them with one thought. You know how you "red" staters call us "elitists"... Ever wonder why... It is because we are indeed elite! .... Get it!.....I didn't think so.....Sigh!

......First off an explanation of what pork is - According to CAGW’s (Citizens Against Government Waste) analysis, to be classified as pork, a spending item must meet at least two of seven possible criteria: The item was not subjected to competitive bidding; it was not subjected to a congressional hearing; it was requested by only one chamber of the Congress; it was not specifically authorized by the appropriate congressional committee; it was not requested by the president; it greatly exceeds the president’s budget request or the previous year’s funding; or it serves only a local or special interest.
......The $388 billion 2005 Omnibus Appropriations Act was according to CCAGW President Tom Schatz said. “....made available to members of Congress only hours before the vote". This was most likely so they could slip some of the more insidious items through by not allowing the congress to review the act entirely. one of the most evil parts of the bill was tacked on by the GOP at the very last moment. It was an obscure line in the 1,690-page bill that would give the chairmen of the Appropriations Committees and their staff assistants the authority to access the income tax returns of any American. Can you fucking believe that! After members of Congress, specifically Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D, expressed outrage over the discovery, Republican leaders promised to delete the provision. Tom Schatz said “The invasive IRS measure is typical of last-minute additions to spending bills. Taxpayers have little to be thankful for, as members of Congress have helped themselves to the whole hog on this Thanksgiving.”
......One of the bills add ons that pissed me off the most was the 2 million dollars was set aside so George Bush could buy back the presidential yacht, The Sequoia. Jimmy Carter sold it for under 300,000 dollars to show his fiscal responsibility in a time of a failing economy. It's so ironicly stupid that it i cant even get angry.
......It does not surprise me that the Republican chairman of the House Appropriations Committee called the appropriations act "lean and clean." LEAN AND CLEAN, you've gotta be kidding me ?!?!?!?! ......109 American soldiers were killed in Iraq this month. This makes November the second deadliest month since the Iraq war/occupation started.....Oh, and it's not even over yet. Happy Thanksgiving?

A quick statistic....Gasoline is 30% more expensive this year than it was last Thanksgiving. I wonder just what conglomerates will be making out like a bandit this holiday season because I know it wont be John Q. Public. Between the money spent on fuel for planes and automobiles to get to grandmas house this Thanksgiving and Christmas I just know I won't be getting that G. I. Joe with special insurgent killing Kung Fu Grip!

......The other day I was pissed of by something Colin Powell said when addressing the recent elections in the Ukraine. Prime Minister Viktor F. Yanukovich, who was declared the winner of the presidential runoff, was not the choice the Bush white house wanted because it favored the Russians. So....... The Bushies marched out Powell to say "We cannot accept this result as legitimate." because they feel there was election fraud. How did they come to this conclusion you ask? Well it seems the exit polling did not match the final results (Hmmmm, why does this sound so familiar to me). Powell also says there was ballot stuffing and voter intimidation (There it goes again, that familiar feeling!?!?!). He went on to say "We call for a full review of the conduct of the election and the tallying of election results." or "there will be consequences for our relationship".....(it all sounds a little like home, hmmmm?)
......So what have we learned about Bush and his administration? If they don't like the results of an ohhhhhh, let's say, the war in Iraq, the reasons to go to war in iraq, the cost of the war in Iraq, the president's brushes with cocaine, abortion, draft dodging, or drunk driving, his 3 arrests, being a compassionate conservative, being a uniter not a divider, tax cuts and who benefits the most from them, the economic state of the USA, job creation, the national debt, separation of church and state, the administrations ties to Halliburton, Enron, The Saudi family, big tobacco, pharmaceutical companies, the oil industry, the truth about Saddam Hussains ties to al Quada, Osama Bin-Laden or 9-11, John Kerry's war record, Bush's own war record, the 2000 American presidential election...... all the way to the Ukrainian presidential elections............. they think the outcome should be changed to reflect what they want. Oh yeah we also learned that they are HUGE FUCKING LIARS AND HYPOCRITES!

......Being a left wing liberal wuss I abhor guns and anyone who uses them to hurt humans or animals. Given this I had to smile when I came across this article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today. It states that : In Milwaukee hunting accidents have increased sharply in Wisconsin this year, even before the opening of the gun-deer season Saturday, and that has raised concern among state Department of Natural Resources officials. (Before the opening of the gun-deer season?!?!?!?!) There have been 29 incidents during the small game, T-zone and archery seasons, with 28 involving firearms and one an arrow, but none has been fatal. That compares with just 35 hunting accidents through all of last year, including 17 at this time a year ago.
......What didn't bring a smile to my face was the other story reported in the same paper. According to survivors, five deer hunters were shot to death and three were wounded Sunday by a man who was hunting from someone else's tree stand in northern Wisconsin, authorities said. The alleged gunman was arrested by a DNR warden.......I wonder if the relatives of the slain hunters are glad Bushy repealed the assault rifle ban. I have no idea if an assault rifle was used in this incident but if this was done with an ordinary rifle police officers must be ecstatic about what they will have to face on the streets now!

Tom DeLay 'The kingpin of the most corrupt Congress in recent history" (...and what the GOP intends to do about it)!

......Tom Delay is as you know is the house majority leader. He is also under possible indictment for ethics violations - the Ethics Committee Admonished Mr. DeLay for his role in bribing house members in exchange for a Medicare vote, for his role in an energy fund-raiser, and for using FAA resources from Homeland Security to hunt down Democrats in his state. This is just the latest in a long list of undistinguished behavior perpetuated by Delay. In a Petition signed in late 2003 by 2,200 Americans demanding the expulsion of ol' Tommy. Here are some examples cited:
• - DeLay obstructed justice for low-paid sweatshop workers on the island of Saipan by taking large campaign contributions from Saipan's chief lobbyist and blocking any Congressional investigation of the appalling conditions there.
• - DeLay obstructed justice by lying to the FBI when he charged that the reporter who broke the Henry Hyde adultery story in the 1990s had been working with the White House to expose Hyde.
• - During a deposition for a lawsuit filed by a former business partner in the pest company(how appropriate) in 1994, DeLay lied that he had not been an officer of the company for two or three years. On congressional financial disclosure forms filed in 1995, he listed himself as chairman of the company's board of directors.
• - In 1997, DeLay actually shoved Rep. David Obey [D-Wisconsin] and called him a "chicken shit" on the House floor. That same year, DeLay tried to impeach federal judges he didn't like.
• - In 1998, DeLay said that people with "foreign-sounding names" probably aren't Americans. Boy what a class act!
......You say that's all ancient history? Well here are some of the more recent and more serious reasons Delay is in trouble with the Ethics Committee. All but five House Republicans who were vying for re-election last November had received more than $2 million from Tom DeLay. Campaign for America’s Future Co-director Robert Borosage called Tom DeLay 'The kingpin of the most corrupt Congress in recent history,”. “DeLay has a long record of working in the shadows. Taking money from DeLay compromises the integrity of every elected official who supports his dark tactics. Everyone who has taken Tom DeLay’s dirty money must publicly decide if they stand with DeLay or with decency.”
......DeLay also attempted to bribe a Republican colleague, Rep. Nick Smith, to change his vote on President Bush’s Medicare prescription drug bill. Delay demanded he vote his way his way on the bill or he would work against the House candidacy of Rep. Smith’s son. Despite the threat Rep. Smith voted against the bill and guess what.......his son lost his primary.
......To top it off a Texas grand jury indicted three of Rep. DeLay's political associates in a case involving a political committee affiliated with the majority leader. A separate three-part complaint to the committee says Rep. DeLay also misused his office and taxpayer resources for political purposes related to elections and redistricting in Texas.
......My oh my what a mess. Now according to House Code of Ethics, which states, "A member, officer, or employee of the House of Representatives shall conduct himself at all times in a manner which shall reflect creditably on the House of Representatives and that the current party rule in this area requires House Republican leaders and that the heads of the various committees to relinquish their positions if indicted for a crime that could bring a prison term of at least two years. ." Oops! What to do. Here's what they did....Change the rules....I'm not kidding.....Check out these sleasy back peddaling pussys! By a voice vote, and with a handful of lawmakers voicing opposition, the House Republican Conference decided that a party committee of several dozen members would review any felony indictment of a party leader and recommend at that time whether the leader should step aside. In other words The new rule empowers the House Republican Steering Committee to decide within 30 days of a felony indictment whether to recommend to the full membership whether an affected member would have to leave a leadership post. Yeah like they're really gonna do that!
......To make it even more ludicrous Delay said "We know what the Democrats are going to do in the future. The Democrats have decided that they're going to use the politics of personal destruction to gain power, and what we are doing is protecting ourselves from those assaults". Talk about the pot calling the kettle black....Sheeeeit! You will reap what you sow. You have a dishonest house majority leader and you., the supposed party of moral values, fight tooth and nail to keep him around...Hmmmm sounds oxymoronish (I think I just invented a word!) to me! You deserve what you get you hypocritical jerk-offs!

H. L. Mencken (1880 - 1956) was the most prominent newspaperman, book reviewer, and political commentator of his day, Henry Louis Mencken was a libertarian before the word came into usage. He had many faults and I don't necessarily subscribe to all of his ideals but he certainly had some things right...Here are a few quotes of his. The Bush Works In Mysterious Ways

Today the dollar fell to record lows against the euro this week and is likely to fall even further. Currency traders drove the dollar to its lowest level in four and a half years against the Japanese yen. Federal Reserve Chairman, Alan Greenspan, expressed his concern regarding the growing current-account deficit in the US stating "Given the size of the US current-account deficit, a diminished appetite for adding to dollar balances must occur at some point. Greenspan also said the United States should help correct trade imbalances by cutting its record budget deficit or face painful consequences. Greenspan advised "Reducing the federal budget deficit (or preferably moving it to surplus) appears to be the most effective action that could be taken to augment domestic saving".
It all seems so clear what we should do, doesn't it? So being true to form George Bush, the same day Greenspan made this statement, signed a new debt increase into law. BRILLIANT! In doing this he approved a measure authorizing an $800 billion increase in the nation's credit limit. INGENIOUS! Democrats said the debt limit increase, the third in as many years, was necessitated by Bush's "irresponsible" fiscal priorities, including tax cuts for the wealthy and corporate handouts.The budget deficit hit a record $412 billion in the fiscal year ended Sept. 30 and the Congressional Budget Office has projected $2.3 trillion in accumulated deficits over the next decade. Boy you red staters picked a real winner in this Bush guy. Good work...At least no gays are gettin' married.....God would be so pleased.....Right?!

I swear I wasn't even going to mention it, but........... Every time I turn on the TV some talking head is interviewing an outraged right wing nut who can't seem to get past the horror that was the opening skit to Monday Night Football! You know....The one where Nicolette Sheridan clad in a only bath towel is making overt sexual overtures to Tyrell Owens of the Philadelphia Eagles.....The horror! Well you hypocritical whiney douche bags! Allow me just make just 3 points and I'll never speak of it again.

1) I make no excuses for how god awful the skit was, but compared to the Ciallis, Levitra and Viagra boner ads it seemed tame. Or how about the beer commercials with the two giant melloned broads are shredding each other's clothing over tasting great or less filling. Compared to that the MNF opening skit was masterpiece theater!

2) You all feign such lamentation over how it will effect you precious children....Oh lord, the poor children! Well let me hip you to the fact that while you and Billy Bob are slopping down the all you can eat shrimp buffet at Red Lobster your little Jimmy Joe is at home pleasuring himself to Asian gang-bang porn he downloaded off the internet!

3) Finally I just want you to be honest with yourselves and others for a moment. If that trollop Sheridan had been cavorting with a big dopey good ol' boy (aka. WHITE!), you wouldn't have even raised an eyebrow. Am I right Tammy Sue? Am I right Cooter? You're a bunch of racist opportunist feeling your power since the election and are taking advantage of your new found status, So to you I say go fuck your hypocritical selves!

(By the way, do the people at ABC really think the jock meatheads who watch Monday Night Football know about the show Desperate Housewives?????)

5 months ago After being dogged by heavy criticism over questionable intelligence on Iraq and terrorism George Tenet the head of CIA resigned. In the last week alone seven more of President Bush's Cabinet members tendered their letters of resignation as well. Since Porter Goss took over for the previously mentioned George Tenet resignations have been handed in by, Stephen Kappes, the deputy director for operations in charge of clandestine activities, and his assistant, Michael Sulick. Both were agency veterans. Now this exodus can be looked at one of two ways. Either the rats are abandoning a sinking ship, or the more frighten of the two, Bush is cleaning house of anyone who has disagreed with him and replacing them with sycophants and toadies. As of today he has replaced the highly respected Colin Powel with lackey National Security Advisor Condoleza Rice, and is about to appoint White House counsel and Bush gopher Alberto Gonzales to the position of Attorney general. If this is the shape of things to come then the scenario looks a lot like Bush is stocking his administration with zombies to do his bidding. Be afraid. The one thing we can positively deduct from these resignations is that unlike ol' Bushy these folks definitely had an exit strategy!

We saw the first rumblings when James Dobson, founder of the nonprofit Christian organization Focus on the Family unloaded on Arlen Spector for saying that maybe Georgie shouldn't try to stack the supreme court with staunch pro-life judges. Saying it would most likely cause a Democratic filibuster. Hoooo boy he must've regretted that as soon as it came out of his mouth considering the amount of backtracking he did immediately after saying it. Now the president of Bob Jones University, Dr. Bob Jones III, has sent a none to subtle letter of congratulations letter to Bushie on his big win. In it he ham handedly outlines what george Bush's agenda should be for the next 4 years..... His ideas for this administration are to this liberal elitist ... well fulfilling... downright frightening. Can you say time warp back to the 50's! Coat hanger abortions. Today I was watching Hardball with Chris Mathews when his guest, republican strategist, Susan Molinari said something quite telling. She made a comment about the people on the internet who are discussing the legitimacy of the presidential election. How they spoke of voter fraud, uncounted ballots, over counted ballots, and even the hacking of voting machines to run up George Bush's final tallies (Heavens No!). Molinari then said something to the extent of : When will the day come when someone will hold the internet bloggers responsible for their paranoid accusations!?!?!?!?! WTF! It's called the fucking 1st amendment Sue!!!!!!! Republicans can't seem to help themselves from threatening american citizens when the use their right to free speech to criticize their precious golden boy. Don't agree with the war...Your giving aid and comfort to the enemy...Think the war is being run like shit...You hate the troups....Think the administration lied to get us into war....Arrest this terrorist! It never ceases to amaze me just how hypocritical and smarmy this administration is (Paging Karl Rove). In watching the Fox Repot today (yes I believe one must keep their enemies close) they hurled a huge chunk of right wing self deceptive shit right onto my living room floor. It was a cute little segment on how the liberal elite left couldn't deal with the re-election (?) of dubbya. It claimed that we were consumed with grief, torment and loathing (ok that might be true, just speaking from personal experience) and that we need professional psychiatric help to overcome our unjustified anger. They are ballots fed into a central tabulator PC and thus vulnerable to hacking and the results seem to contain substantial anomalies. Here are a few examples that blew my mind....In Baker County with 12,887 registered voters, 69.3% of them Democrats and 24.3% of them Republicans, the vote was only 2,180 for Kerry and 7,738 for Bush. In Dixie County, with 9,676 registered voters, 77.5% of them Democrats and a mere 15% registered as Republicans, only 1,959 people voted for Kerry, but 4,433 voted for Bush. Franklin County, 77.3% registered Democrats, went 58.5% for Bush. Holmes County, 72.7% registered Democrats, went 77.25% for Bush

This Is the opposite of what is seen everywhere else in the country where registered Democrats largely voted for Kerry.

This is killing me for the sole reason that Bush took Ohio by less than 140,000 votes....In looking at these statistics (if true and accurate) the election results could very easily have been altered. I say this in knowing that if Ohio had been a "Blue" state (only a 70,000 vote swing) we would all be hailing our new commander and chief John kerry and Bush would have been sent packing....Oh please someone investigate!!!!!

I was just wondering if evangelical christian America is jumping up and down celebrating George Bush's victory On Tuesday? I wonder if they realized yet that they were duped and used? Do they really believe that Bush good old boy act? Do the christians not know they were a means to an end? Karl Rove has been playing you since day one!
